The Superb parrot (Polytelis swainsonii ) is a Australian native bird that is endemic to the Northern Victoria region and the Riverina area. They are found in flocks in the woodland areas of pine, gum and box trees. The Superb is also known as green leek parrot, barraband parakeet, and scarlet-breasted parrot.
